We have created a fluffy pannier that is just like cotton candy.
Made with multiple layers of soft tulle and organza, and topped with an abundance of original lace at the hem.
Enjoy the volume.
Can be worn tucked in or on its own as a skirt.
Elastic waist. Made in Japan.
