[Brand comment] A gathered skirt with plenty of torchon lace. The skirt has satin ribbon for the ribbon in the front. They put out two versions of this skirt because they changed the lace. This is the earlier version. Item was featured in the GLB #2; but it is not clear what lace version it was.
