This jumperskirt is made with layers and layers of soft chiffon fabric with a lovely striped design. The skirt part is decorated with lots of pleated frills and an overskirt. The bodice features cute bows as well as on the shoulder straps. The back has a partial shirred part with lovely corset lacing.
