[Design notes] The fabric is woven in chambray, and the color changes beautifully depending on the angle. The size is 9, but it is slightly slim. The photo shows it wearing a pannier, and the lace at the hem is from the pannier. Please note that the pannier is not included in the product.
[Brand comment] This is an eight-panel flared skirt with covered buttons, adorned with a lustrous jacquard floral pattern. The front closure features a total of 17 covered buttons—an intricate design unique to limited production. The skirt can be charmingly worn with or without a petticoat.
