This two layered skirt is an elegant choice. Petals on either side are edged in lace, and fluff out to emulate a fancy ball gown. Made with fabric and lace colors of your choice. Approximately 19 inches in length. (Different lengths may be requested for no extra charge.) The black with white lace is shown here with a poof petticoat.
