[Brand comment] A frill collar blouse, lined with pintucks and lots of sheer ribbons. The collar is made up of gathered net tulle frills, so pairing it with a darker colored jumperskirt will make its sheerness pop. The blouse fabric is a thin twill weave polyester blend kersey material. Although it has a cotton-like touch, the material is wrinkle-resistant. The voluminous sleeves poof up softly in the wind, and you can enjoy the delicate sheerness of the leavers lace in the sunlight.
