[Design notes]
- Cotton poplin with a touch of stretch for comfort.
- Front metal zipper closure (functional) and a longer hidden side zipper which makes it easy to put on.
- Back shirred panel gives this dress some extra comfort and stretch. Features a row of corset style lacing with velvet ribbon, the lacing can be used to pull the dress in a little but it’s not boned or reducing like a proper corset would be.
- Adjustable straps with metal buckles and metal eyelets allow you to customize where the bodice sits on your body.
- Fitted bodice trimmed in cotton ruffles, decorated with steel spikes down the princess style seams. It has a sweetheart style neckline. Bodice is not lined.
- Full skirt large enough for your biggest petticoat, hemmed in cotton ruffles. Shown modeled with a petticoat worn underneath, which is not included.
- There are four straps with spikes and D-ring details at the waist band to which you can clip the removable spiked strap or little cross detail to. The cotton cross has spikes on it and can be worn reversed or “right side up” depending on your vibe. You can also clip your own necklaces, chains, or anything else to these D-rings to customize the dress.
- Dry cleaning is highly recommended for this dress, though it can be carefully hand washed in cold water and hung to dry. Not ideal for washing machines or dryers due to the metal elements.
[Brand comment] Bruises blossomed like violets and lavender across her knees. The battle was over, her body ached from fighting but she had won…
