These are sweet cupcake fascinators and headbands designed and made by me. The listing is for one cupcake <3 They are made of lightweight felt covered foam cupcakes with a variety of hand twisted swirled frostings and toppings. The piece secures with either two alligator clips attached to the trim on the underside, or a stain ribbon wrapped headband in you choice of color, or no fastening for desk decor! Let me know which you prefer!
