This is an black ruffled Victorian bonnet designed and handmade by me. It is made of a black cotton fabric with a four hand sewn layers of alternation black ruffled eyelet and lace trim at the base. The underside is a gathered and sewn black chiffon fabric. The bonnet fastens with a double face black satin ribbon, faceted with black satin bows.
