A party that never ended... This is a haunted Victorian cake hat designed and made by me. It is made of icy blue fabric covered interfacing cake tiers, with an ivory scalloped lace icing, and trimmed with gold picot ribbon. It is further embellished with gold ribbon hand made rosettes on the top and sides, along with a multilayer spider webs with spider web fabric bottom and hand made cross stitch floss webbing on top. The cake sits on an ivory doily anf fastens with either two alligator clips hand sewn to the underside, a black satin ribbon wrapped headband, or no fastening for desk decor!
