[Design notes] Back zip. Lining included except for the puff sleeves. The waist ties are not removeable. The puff sleeves and shoulders are fully elasticized. Both types of lace are white on all colorways.

[Brand comment] I've created a very cute summer jumper skirt with puff sleeves!! I used a lot of wide, intricately patterned torsion lace to create a mature look.
