[Brand comment] It is a stripe jumper skirt which uses a plain fabric for the waist part and hem frill. Since there is no lace, it can be styled many different ways depending on the blouse and shoes you pick. Because we used the plain accent fabric, it's not overwhelmingly busy and has a relaxed feel. It looks nice even paired with a corset and boots!
